I think a Yorkshire pudding is a great extra sitting on your plate with your dinner. But when and how do you eat yours?
Do you…..
Eat your pudding first?
Eat your pudding last?
Fill your pudding with gravy?
Dip your pudding in gravy?
Make your pudding your plate and fill it up with your meal?

Me personally, I leave my puddings to last and dip them, while my boys will fill theirs with gravy and drink from them and then eat it.
On average for one roast dinner I would make 12 Yorkshire puddings and they would all be eaten and they are not small in size either.
So today with our roast dinner you know how my family will be enjoying Yorkshire pudding day.
Enjoy!.
