Making a hot chocolate

Chocolate is my absolute weakness, whether l am eating it in a baked good like a brownie, a sweet treat like a chocolate bar (Diam bars are my favourite for future reference) or drinking copious amounts of hot chocolate. It is all around us.

I don’t ever feel bad about how much l consume as it is healthy for you.

With the festive season upon us, l am drinking far more hot chocolates than I would nominally with flavoured syrups, a tonne of cream, and little goodies added inside or served alongside with it.

I love a hot chocolate, especially as a warming treat in our current weather.

But how do you make yours?????

Are you hot water or hot milk?

I love chunks of chocolate at the bottom of my glass, pour over steaming hot full fat milk and add the squirty cream.

As a little treat for the boys they have marshmallow snowmen to add to their hot chocolates ti enjoy with lashings of squirty cream.
