National Chocolate Cake day: Saturday 27th January.

Cake and chocolate together! My two favourite things combined and today we celebrate this delicious pairing.

Apparently chocolate cake is the favoured flavour of cake. Would you agree?

How will you celebrate national chocolate cake day? Why not spend the weekend baking up some chocolate treats whether this is cupcakes, loaf cake , along as its chocolate !.

We have made a chocolate bundt cake to enjoy as pudding after dinner this evening. I am certain the boys are going to love this with extra chocolate ganache for topping.
