1 tbsp of Butter
1 tbsp of Caster sugar
Toppings of choice
Equipment
Whisk
Mixing bowl
Frying pan
Fish slice
Method
In the mixing bowl place the flour, eggs and sugar and whisk together until the ingredients are combined.
While continuing to whisk slowly pour in the milk and whisk until a batter texture is formed and the mixture is bubbly.
Begin to melt the butter in the frying pan on a medium heat, to heat up ready for the first crepe.
When the butter has melted pour a thin layer of batter in the frying pan covering the base of the pan.
Leave to cook through for 2 minutes before flipping over and cooking the other side. Both sides should be golden. Place in the oven to keep warm if not being eaten straight away.
Place toppings of choice on the top and serve.
Enjoy!.
