We are flipping out…..

Pancake Day  Tuesday 13th February

Head to your cupboard/fridge  and grab the following:

1 egg

1 large cup of plain flour

1 cup of milk

Pinch of salt

Chuck the ingredients into a bowl and give a little whisk before using your ladle and pour into your frying pan with melted butter that is waiting for you.

So what is the trick ?? Before you flip your pancake make sure it is slightly bubbling before you flip.

The boys have had fun at breakfast this morning making pancakes, we have lost a few to the floor with our flipping skills but those saved ones have been devoured with various toppings.

What will your topping of choice be? Chocolate and strawberries have been a hit this morning so far.
